Anyone happen to know where the EPA sticker is located on a 2005 K1200LT? I need to find it in order to register the bike.
Thank you, Dan

That info should be in your service manual or warranty book. I don't have an LT so I can't tell you, but in general they are on the frame close to the intake track.

Dan, just out of curiosity, where are you registering that they need to see that proof?

The EPA info is underneath the seats as far as I can remember, either the driver or passenger seat

Might try looking in the left hand case or other cases as well.

AFAIK, VIN, EPA, DOT info all has to be affixed to the bike in a manner it cannot be removed without being destroyed. It's usually on the frame.

Not saying it's NOT on the frame, or the cases, as I don't own one. Just saying that if it is, that it's not legal.

You're right on that, but some of these stickers don't come of in one piece as they are cross hatched in a fine pattern. If the stupid servobrake info sticker on the fueltank/stingray is any indication they are tough to take off anyway. The left case lid on the LT also has info stickers on it.
Hope it helps.
