I got my usage statics today for my website. The numbers 1,2,18, and 27 were from the BMWMOA domain (various threads).

Well after a few xrays, anti inflamatories [sic], and time much better. The right leg is still really bruised and the puncture wound on my shin is healling really fast. So in general much better. The knee brace is horrible though - it is one of those tight fitting neoprene ones and it is in the upper 80's here....

Today was hard cause I really wanted to go riding but I did not feel up to par with the mobility so I benched myself.

Now you know why I didn't make it to the web seminar.
