Do we have anyone that can take the .gif apart and change it?

couldn't we track down a different gif, or perhaps just make the whole board black, with white pinstriping, call it the /2, it'd be very classic
i'm having no luck finding a gif with darker lettering, just the hand slapping the forhead one............

This would be very easy to do. I will change the emoticon tonight if those in power are willing to use it. What color do you want, black?

this is clearly a conspiracy by the "powers that be" to rob members of their god given rights to have a legible emoticon. so far only kbasa has replied. where are the rest of the officers and board?! off snoozing, that's where!
i'll bet that the creator of that low-contrast emoticon is secretly bribing the entire MOA staff to use it, and they are profiting handsomely, while we members toil away in the dungeons!
;)
can i petition to get chunks put in the following emoticon?

Hmmm you might want to check with MrsK as I updated the DOH a while back. I think we lost it in the move.
Campanula can probably get to it before me....

Version control is a challenging thing. ;)
However, Virgin control is even a greater challenge... :p

I removed it, until I find it online again. I may not have added this one, as others were adding some great smilies. It was called bowdown.gif for the technically minded.

Wrong again user.....It was the Bush administration's failure tp perform due diligence and the "culture of cronyism" that has produced this "crisis" of leadership. I trust that you will cease and desist from impugning the motives of those involved in this decision especially the BoD who as we all know are "honorable" men and women. This is a democracy and we must maintain the semblance of egalitarianism.
I waive consecutive translation.
Breeze
PS Be advised that Mr. Howard Dean of "I have a SCREAM" fame plans to adopt the Doh emoticon as the new Democratic party mascot replacing the jackass. I'll leave it to the pundits to opine about this one.

I have updated the :doh in question to having black text. If yours is not showing black text, try refreshing the page.

It's working for me.
Derek, if your workplace is running a caching firewall, you might have to wait for that particular object to expire from the cache.

I suppose he could bribe his sysadmin to flush the cache. Of course, the sysadmin might wonder what sorts of sites he'd been visiting. :evil
