Had some postings a while back concerning throttle sticking when heated grips were on and using a Throtlemeister. I have had the problem when
the bike sat in the sun for any amount of time. Our summer temps rarely go below 90 deg in the summer in south Texas. Here is what worked for me.
I found a washer that would fit between the Throtlemeister and handlebar but it was too thick and couldn't get any friction. So I took some thin cardboard, paper gasket material would be better, Drilled out to proper size and marked with pen arround the washer and cut out with sissors. Two paper gaskets worked perfectly for me.
