Broken muffler hanger on 04 R1150RT

The muffler bracket behind the left passenger foot peg has broken on my 04 R1150RT. It appears to be part of the muffler and not sold as a seperate part. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I'd like to get it taken care of ASAP since I am going on a trip the first of October.

The bike is not under warranty so don't even go there.

You could take it to a machine shop and have them TIG weld it back on. I recommend taking it off the bike, but if they weld it on the bike be sure to disconnect both terminals on the battery especially the ground otherwise you can fry all things expensive.

That would be the simplest way anyway
