I got some funny looks today. It's not like they're big bails.

p.s. that's our first tree in the depression towards the fence. I can't wait to get the backyard in shape. Until then, it can be my itty bitty enduro track. :D

did you paint the house, or leave it as it was when you bought it? i recall it had a neat paint job. (a polarizing one - some folks made fun of it, others liked it. i liked it.)

nice use of the bike, hauling that sh*t around. har har! get it?

Hey... are those H2W straps holding down that crap?

You know what she says... "if it ain't tight, it ain't right!".... and you definitely don't want loose crap. ;)

Rok straps. They are, IMO, as good as it gets. I do use the with H2W bags.

The house...ah, the house. That's an entire other thread that I'll start some day.

I had someone ask me if the compost was too heavy. "What? No. It's not like they're as heavy as a human body." I guess that came out a little funny judging by their startled look. :D

-sound of mental gears turning-

I see a plan coming together.

I wish I had a picture of the time I strapped all my stuff for the recycling center onto The BatBike. Turned out to be an excellent plan because the center was supposed to be open that day but wasn't. No problem- ride around the gate on the 2-foot wide bit of grass between the gate and the steep slope. Drop off bottle/cans/cardboard, slip out past the gate, then go have a chili-cheeseburger with all the posers at the biker bar next door.

i'd like to request that everyone exercise self-restraint and just let brad think that his question was rhetorical. ;)

Just picture the a rider with pink rabbit ears stuck to his helmeton that GS with the bales on the pilion seat and a dead body in the tankbag, now that would get the looks...for sure!

Cheers
