I sent this to web@bmwmoa.org and it bounced back.

I am trying to reset my password. It won't take the
password I thought I had and it still says it has no
record to e-mail my password back to me.

If you are using a Mac it can be difficult to log in the first time. I used Virtual PC to get logged in. Since then my Mac has not had a problem using Safari to get on and post or log in.
