Mike,
Your starter relay (in the electrical box, right rear) is welded. You probably tried to start it with a bad battery, right? Lift the tank enough to get into the relay box and tap the starter relay with a screwdriver handle. Might un-tack its contacts that way. If not, you cna remove it (disconnect the battery first) and take it apart enough to clean the contacts.

BMWMick is spot on, you have welded contacts. A sharp impact (screwdriver, not hammer) in the rear right corner of the relay box will usually open them up. However, they are now much more prone to rewelding, due to microcratering of the contact surfaces. I urge you to remove the relay & burnish the contacts until smooth with 1000 grit paper. Fold the paper back on itself & draw it through the contacts until shiny. After the 3rd K I was working with did this to me, I built a solid state starter relay out of mosfet transistor technology. The usual answer of "have a good battery" isn't always possible. Good Hunting <<<)))

What's with the wierd capitalization in your message, man?

Oh - those guys are right. Your starter relay is toast.
