On my return to Phoenix from Tacoma, WA I needed to have the 30K service done on my GS and waiting to get back home was not an option as I would have been way over 30K. Since BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon in Eugene was on my way home and I had family near Eugene, I called and they were able to get me scheduled on my way home. The folks there were friendly, helpful, customer service was very good and they seemed interested in helping riders passing through. The dealership is nice and complete with amenities such as internet access and satellite TV to make the wait productive and enjoyable.

I met the BMWWO principal at the London airport last fall after the K1200S introduction while passing between flights. He was absolutely enthusiastic about BMW motorcycles and the new stuff they are bringing out. I wish them well.
