93 K1100RS ABS Computer

I am getting the dreaded flashing ABS warning lights and believe I have a bad ABS computer. :cry Are there any troublshooting hints, I tried resetting it per the technical posting on the IBMWR web site but I am not sure it is for my year of bike. Also if get a used computer what years of ABS computer work in my 93 K1100RS?

What are the last 7 digits of your VIN? You can pretty much tell from that what P/N will work.

OK,
First it tells me your RS has a birthdate of 01/1993 http://tinyurl.com/e3do2
and your ABS computer should be a P/N 34 52 1 459 924 (same as my 09/1992 K1100LT) We're both ABS-I.
Don't give up yet, go here: http://largiader.com/abs/absfault.html and read out your fault codes. Depending on what error code you get, we can probably help you fix it. :)
