I was on the MOA home page and wanted to the On-line reg thing. I noticed that the site is not secure. I am not sure but before I put credit card info on the web I would prefer to do it on a secure site.

We're still some time away from secure on line transactions. There are a host of other items that need to occur before we can offer that.
