I've just installed a new Techlusion 259 and have set pots to mid-range settings with a digital voltmeter. I'm very happy with the performance. However, if anyone has experimented extensively and determined more precise settings that they have confidence in, I'd appreciate this information. Thanks.

There was some guy that posted here a year or so and had some pretty specific instructions. You might want to try running a search for Techlusion and seeing what shows up.

After several careful valve adjusts, TB synchs, and Techlusion tweaks on my '02, I found the best compromise of mileage/surge elimination for this particular bike with these DVM readings:
Red - 1.50
Green - 2.85
Yellow - 1.00
Cruise - 4.00

Thanks for your settings. I just want to confirm your "Green" setting of 2.85v.
All of your other settings are very close to the stock Techlusion settings. However, your Green setting is 2.85v vs. Techlusion's .6v. This is such a big variation, I just wanted to double check it. Is this correct?
The lower the voltage, the "leaner" the setting, correct?
Thanks.
