Radar (Passport 85000 Mount

Anyone have a slick way or know of a prefered way for me to mount my Passport 8500 Radar Detector. I have the proper cord (autocom) but just aren't quite sure how to mount it. I was looking at the RAM mounts. Any suggestions?

I am planning a long trip up California in May!

Check out the Pirates Lair site. I bought a mount that goes on the windshield where the two top pins are that hold the windshield in place. It works well and doesn't block my view, yet easy to see. Unlike other mounts, it does not block any of your dials or warning/indicator lights.
