How does one edit/delete/add items in the Anonymous Book section of the Account Management page?

I have been able to make changes like age, address, phone number, etc. but I can't figure out how to add or delete items from the list of things we are willing to offer for help, etc.

You should contact people in the office. They can likely do it for you or send you a form to fill out and return. Here's the main contact page:
