Bosch Stator

I have a Bosch stator. 14v, 20A and the part number is 0120 340 006. I am told this was originally used on BMW MC's. Does anyone know for what years, and what models?

That's not a BMW part number. You can go here www.realoem.com/bmw/ and look up parts by number. If you search on the part Stator, you get 12 31 1 244 641 which is the 17A Stator common to most Airheads.
