Really there should be a "fish" option on the poll.

Hey All,
I'm new to Beemer ownership, the BMWMOA, and this forum. Found out about it by coming to the BMWMOA website - a friend (who got me into Beemers) had belonged to BMWMOA, and had raved about it as a community...Love the site, and the forum!

I had a vee-zhun in which an angel came down and handed me a magik pair of spectacles through which I, an only I, could see the forum.
I beeseached the lord (small L) of BMW's to allow the rest of you to see them as well.

We've had a whole bunch of folks join up lately, so I thought it might be interesting to bump this back up and find out how people are finding the forum.

Got PO ed on another forum. Decided to try something new! Plus would like to get more involved with BMWOA. I've been kind of a quiet member in the past!

I was ka-rusin' the home page and noticed the hyperlink off the front page. Very glad to have found it, to have participated in it, and to have shared a virtual coffee with all the good folks who have provided answers and thoughts over the past year.

I was looking for beauty tips in Glamour Magazine and came across a little ad for BMW MOA Forum...Not only did I learn that I had an "autumn complexion", but I also met a great group of people on line...
I've since canceled my subscription to Glamour...
Heck, I don't remember, and I don't care, I am just tickled to be here. Thank you, BMWMOA and all responsible, it is a great site and you are doing a great job. It's always a pleasure checking in, seeing what's new and on everyone's minds. The ride stories peak my interest, and the pictures only make me want to ride some more. Keep up the good work.

The "all responsible" would be the folks that get on here and tell their stories.

I heard about this sheet from the President of BMWMOA.
Or am I too early on that one?

Several weeks after it went live, I stumbled on it while visiting the MOA home page to check a rally date.
At the time, it was a well kept secret.
