Login change again

I used to log in directly from the home page and now I'm switched to a separate log in page. Why the change?

Not sure what's changed. I stay logged in all the time so that when I navigate back to the forum or home page, I'm still logged in. In most cases, there's no need to log in and out.

This is one of those things that is hard to figure from afar Walter. Has anything changed-like new virus protection? If you have a program the cleans out your history/cookie file when you exit-that can effect it. When you log in you can check the remember box. Lastly you can run the experiment from another computer that you have access to, that will let you know who's end it is on. HTH Gary

My login is back to where it was, on the opening page of the site. I checked the Remember Me box and since then I can log in from the front page. I think it possible that something happened on my computer that removed the cookie and I had to get a new one.
