I hate to say it, but as slow as the new home page loads, I'm changing my favorites to go right to the forum and not to the home page. That means the "home office" will not have me looking at things on that page anymore. What can I say... :dunno.

Not only is the home page slow, the login in link wouldn't open for me from sunday (maybe earlier but I didn't try from thurs. to sun.) until tuesday. Tried from 2 different locations, page not found. Now the login opens but is as slow as the home page in loading.

I haven't logged in in over a month. I check the remember me box.
Page(s) loads normally too.

I'm on Comcast/Cable w/ Firefox 3.613
Just used Chrome even faster.
And I just did Safari. No issues either.

For the folks doing the site:
Mac, OSX.6, Cable modem, FIrefox, Chrome and Safari all work fine.
I did recently update flash.

That's all I can think of.

Movie shows me accessing the site using Safari for the first time.
I needed to log in which shows I never use Safari. :laugh

Page loaded fine as did the log in process.

Well...for the time being-I feel better. My DSL, which frequently won't let me watch a Youtube clip in one shot, loaded the home page in about 6 seconds. Gary

Why is one of the first things seen on the Home Page is a ad. A great big ad, and to me that is distasteful. Is BMWMOA so broke they have to have ads on the home page?

I gave up on anything being done about the slow home page.
It's slow on both my work and home computers. As of this morning I have my favorites set to open in the forum page. I'll avoid the home page unless I hear it has been fixed.

I also open right onto the forum cause the homepage is slow.
