How long should it take to get online purchases from BMWMOA?

On April 14, 2011 I bought a few of the round 3" and 1.5" BMWMOA stickers online. Total cost with shipping was $10. The $10 hit my Visa bill on the day of purchase. Tomorrow it'll have been two weeks and I still don't have them. How long does it typically it take? Its just a few small flat stickers, so I anticipated they'd be put in an envelope and mailed. Worst case scenario they go by UPS ground and it takes five or six business days.

Is there somebody I should call, and what would be that number?

Thoughts?
