I was thinking of some sort of brake light enhancement for better visibility on my 09F800gs. I have been looking around and the usual places haven't seem to have done it for my bike. I would just as soon have a direct replacement for what is there but if the mounting was neat I could go with an add on. TIA Gary

Hi eugene, that's on the idea of what I was thinking :thumb From looking around on their site http://adventuretech.ca/index.php?p=main They don't actually list the bike but they list an aux. load resistor to incorporate into the installation. I think to go further a call would be in order (to adventuretech) Thanks, Gary

I bought the 4-LED non-wired version of this as a "quick fix" ... it works pretty well.
I stuck it to the top of the license bracket with double-face foam tape and it blends right in appearance wise.

It uses a mercury switch to sense braking so it has got to be less sensitive when going up hilll and might just come on and stay on during a steep decent but for $25 I'm happy.

Hi Gary:
Here's (http://www.bmwmoa.org/forum/showthread.php?t=51628&referrerid=31621) what I did with my r1100RS.
Maybe it would be suitable?

Thanks Mike, that was a nice job you did. The forum could use more of that kinda DIY. Normally I like to see what others have done so I don't have to re-invent the wheel. I would like to have a plug and play in this instance for simplicity. Thanks, Gary
