lost my identity

a couple weeks ago I tried to log on at work. must have put the wrong identity in. Have been registered for years as PMONK. I must have logged in as DPMONK and now I am unable to log on as PMONK. If I try to reset the password It sends one as DPMONK because it looks at my email address and asks if I am me.

Is there any way to change my identity back to PMONK?

Also I have been unable to change my password from the computer generated one that I would never remember.

I see that PMONK still exists, so you're not "lost" :) Hopefully someone can help you. I'm surprised the features don't work to get you a new password. I might suggest deleting all your cookies, logging out, and retrying.

You might have to call the office on Monday and talk to Jeff Betz.
