I've got Konis on my 1980 r65. but no way to adjust them. Does anyone know where I can get the wrench that allows me to adjust them?

Actually, I may have one. I took my Konis off some years back and replaced them...but I think I've still got the adjuster. I'm at work. I'll have to check tonight, and get back to you tomorrow.

Let me know if you have one, they seem to be hard to find!

I believe I saw an adjustable spanner and Bob's BMW a few years ago. I've got an adjustable industrial quality and size spanner that will work on my Koni on my K-bike.

You can find the adjustable hook wrenches on dirt bike websites. I think Progressive makes one.

True -- so why are you in Monza, Italy???

Sorry, no Koni shock adjuster. Others have suggested suitable replacements....so I'd follow that route. And I still don't know what Jon is doing in Italy.

I'm pretty sure I have a spare Koni adjuster. They are pretty thin and cheap, but without some sort of wrench you're SOL.

I'll check the tool chest and get back with you.

Thanks, they must be thin, because the spanner I have for my 2003 Bonny, though the right diameter, is too fat to fit in the slot. my email devo@dwave.net.

I have a spare KONI gen-U-wine shock spanner, and you can have it. Just email me your mailing address.
