Any chance we could be able to link to YouTube videos via a Radio Button, or directly typing in code?

i.e. 7IOgVJs2oJo

If not, is it based on bandwidth available, fees due Youtube, etc? I'm not a "webista" so I'm not familiar with the inner workings of it.

A lot of other websites use it, and it adds a lot to discussion (I think) by allowing someone to decide whether they're interested in viewing the video.

You can make YouTube videos (and most others) appear directly in your post by using the "embed" code they supply. If you just paste it in, it should "just work" without the need to have a YouTube button.

For example: for the video you've pictured above, visit www.youtube.com and find the video over there. When you're playing the video, you'll see a button under the video labelled "Embed". This opens a little text area with the embed code you need; copy it and paste it directly into your posting here. Et voila!
