can i disable the default 'request a read receipt?'

when i send someone a PM, the machine always asks me if i want to request a read receipt. i don't, ever. is there a way to make it so that the default is not to ask me at all?

When the forum asks if you want a return receipt, click cancel. Your message will still get sent, but you wont' get a receipt.

That's how I send them.

The message tracking feature is not something that the user can disable.
