Tapatalk access

I can log in to this site on my iPhone using Safari, but when I try to log in through Tapatalk it won't accept my password.

Tapatalk account login works for the other forums I belong to. Any ideas?

because of this sites security software it is not compatible. We have tried to make it work and have been unsuccessful.

Too bad as the Tapatalk interface works well otherwise. I'll use it for viewing and Safari for posting, if need be.

It's our login system as required by secure services.
The plugin is a month old or so.

Just putting in my $0.02 that it would be nice if logon worked especially sine this site claims to be compatible with Tapatalk and was one of the reasons I purchased Tapatalk. If you are not going to fix or cannot fix the issue, then you should disable the popup indicating compatibility.

When/where do you see any popups? I've never seen one...I don't access the site via a smartphone, though. If such things do show up, then the office needs to hear about this.

I'm not sure what "done" means, but I've been able to successfully use Tapatalk on my iPhone for the past few months. Problem solved, for me at least.

I can view the forum and it goes so far as to show that I am online. But I cannot post.

It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able access the forum sans PC. I use it on ADVr and it is great tool.

For the past several months I've been a Tapatalk "tester" for the BMWMOA system admin. He provided these instructions for me and today gave me permission to pass them along in the forum. This will make the smartphone junkies happy. :thumb
Tapatalk will not work with the new system because vBulletin is now controlled thru another program that sets password information. We are looking into bringing it back however and I was wondering if you would like to help me with that.

If you would like, please go to Account Management and make sure you are logged in there. Here is the link:

Then click the link below. It will send you to a page that will have a password. If you can, copy and paste it because it will be a little weird. Use this as your password for Tapatalk along with your regular [BMWMOA] username.

Today I got a new iPhone and found that I was unable to log into the MOA forum on Tapatalk using the password provided by the tester link. I signed out of the MOA website and signed in again, then tried the tester link and got a different password. This one worked.

So if anyone is having trouble signing in, try logging out of the MOA website and logging in again before going to the tester link.

Using the process of logging onto forum first through Account Management, then clicking link for system gen password works! Finally back onto forum throught Tapatalk on my iPhone4 & my Kindle Fire. Wouldn't have solved it without forum discussion. Thanks!! :brad
