Question for you airheads;
I have the +2 shield on my 1984 RS airflow still hits about mid helmet. I would like to have about another 1 1/2" - 2" of height without destroying the aesthetics of the RS.
Does anyone out there have any experience with Parabellum and which one would be a about 2" taller than the +2 stock shield?
thanks,

I would probably, measure the windshield, and then call Parabellum.

Be careful where and how you measure, because Parabellum's shields are shaped a little differently than other aftermarket shields.
For example, the one I used to have on my RS measured approximately 15 1/2 to 16 inches right down the middle from the top of the shield. What Parabellum calls a "medium" actually measures 18 inches right down the middle, but because of the angle/shape, it actually doesn't sit as high as my old one.
What Parabellum calls a "tall" is said to be 20 inches, and is said to be best for those over 6 ft.
In my opinion, the "medium" doesn't hurt aesthetics at all, and actually provides me with adequate protection, and I'm 6'2". The reason I said "timely", is because I just bought a medium, tinted shield for my RS, and I've got another Parabellum on my S, which actually has an RS fairing.
By the way, if you're thinking about Parabellum, checkout eBay. Parabellum currently has 3 new RS shields on there right now. That's how I got mine last week, at a significant discount over there normally priced internet prices.
