I thought it was rather good for a point-and-shoot pulled from my Stich pocket and shot one-handed while still maintaining some control of the motorcycle. :)

Thanks Marchyman...
What a surprise seeing a picture near my former hometown. Brings back many fond memories, my wife's family lived (45 years ago) about 400 yds from where you took that shot. Spent the better part of 20 years of my early career chasing fires around that section of the Sierras in the distance. Sometimes still wish we lived in that little house on the Gardnerville/Minden boundary...life was simpler then... ;)
Cheers, BJ

Bet you had a dinner or three here, then. I think it's been around that long.

Yeah, many a dinner (and more than a few Picon Punches) at the J-T. My wife's brother worked there in high school in the late 60's, he was so short at the time that he had to stand on a milk crate to wash dishes.
One of my really fond memories is seeing the French Hotel Bar sign. In the really old days there was a barber shop next door, with a service window from the bar. While waiting your turn in the chair, you could have a cold drink, or two if the barber was really busy. Alas, in those days I drank Coors! LOL
Cheers! BJ
PS. Then there was the night at Sharkey's Nugget when Willie Nelson played a few tunes...but that's another story. :whistle

Thanks, Kevin. If it was a GS I'd have a better chance :p
