I'm new to the BMWMOA but I've been riding BMW's since the early '70's when I bought my R90. I just bought a new 2010 1200GS from BMW of Utah. We've been going to the local Tri Cities BMW owners meetings. I also own a 2009 Buell XB12XT. I rode it to Mexico and back in May. I have a nice shop and perform all my own maintenance and do all my own tire changes.

Welcome to the forum! Nice part of the country you live in...my sister lives in Milton-Freewater. I visited her in 2004 on the way to the Spokane rally. Also spent some time running the Northern Cascades. Yup, you have nice country up there.

Sounds like you're all set up there. Have you posted a picture on the Hexhead/Camhead forum? I'm sure others would like to see your ride!!

A warm welcome to the party from another Evergreen State rider. Or should I say Everwet State? lol Definitely a good website here to hang around. Don't forget to post a pic of that new GS (and yeah, the Buell can be in the picture too!).

Sometimes wish I lived so close to all that great wine country on the dry side.:wow

I have not posted pictures yet but will. Still exploring the site. I've been on ADVRider and Motorcyclist Cafe for the last few years.

Nice to here you got your new GS. I met you earlier this year when a friend came to look at your old GS. We were the guys riding the Rocket and the V-Strom. I have since sold my V-Strom and also bought a new 2010 R1200GS also. Great bike, having a lot of fun with it. :thumb

Sure, I remember you. I'll never forget riding your friends Triumph Rocket. What dealer did you go through?
