A long time BMWMOA member just new to the forum. I find some of the topics very interesting and hopefully I'll be able to contribute.

I have a 1978 R100/7 that I've owned since 1993 (I'm the second owner).

Nice, I'm sort of glad I missed it, so many people have been having so much fun with them I keep thinking I need one! Max BMW just had an R69s, 1964 vintage all done up and looking sweet. I think it's at their NH location which is dangerously close if you know what I mean. You'll find a wealth of information in the airhead section so no matter what happens you should be good to go. I'm from Florida as well. What part of Florida to you come from. I'm from greater WPB or the Wellington area.
