Hey out there this is coming from Hospitality and Information Group

Rooms are filling fast. The two closest hotels the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn are already close to being sold out. The rooms that are left are being managed by the sales office. So when you call tell them you are part of the rally and they will direct you to the sales office. If there are rooms left they can make the reservation. If you just ask for a reservation with out identify youself as a rally participant you will be told they are full.
