How do I add info on bottom of posts

1)I was wondering how to add info like some of the users showing bikes owned etc.

2) Is this the signature screen in user control panel?

Yes, it's the signature in your profile. You can use any of the codes to add a link, for example, like in my signature, or add formatting.
