How do I attach previos posts as notes

No problem, Roy. Just click that "Quote" button down there in the lower right and it'll put the text of the post you want to quote in your message. You can cut parts of the old message out you don't like by highlighting them and hitting delete. Be sure not to mess with the QUOTE text markers or their little square brackets. Nothing bad will happen if you do, but it'll make the quoted text appear kind of messy.
