That looks nice. Just went for my constitutional and it was a brisk 30 degrees with a 26 mph wind. Hmmmm, I think I like your place better.

I have lived in Florida all my life and it has snowed (If you can call it that) twice. 1974 and 1989. By the time the sun was out the snow melted away.

I lived In Clermont for about two years and remember frost on the ground once or twice.
