Esa Shock Problem 2009 R1200 GSA

Who has had the rear ESA shock fail. Took my bike to the dealer in January for brake pulsation and a small oil leak from the rear shock. The service department told me the rear shock is bad and they had to order it. It is now two months later and still no shock. Dealer is telling me BMW does not have any shocks in stock. Contacted customer service to start the complaint process. Any suggestions on what legal actions I could take. Thank you for any help.

BTDT March of last year the dealer began replacement of my rear ESA shock. Finally got done in May and had to replace the ZFE or whatever the computer name is that monitors the ESA as the '06 shock was a three wire and all the new ones are two wire. PITA no doubt about it. Dealer was cool about having to R&R the rear shock THREE TIMES!:german
