I am trying to renew my membership and the dang thing won't let me log in to the secure services.

I keep getting this:

System error: Password Cannot be Hashed. Please contact the system administator

I have tried my member number and first 5 of last name/zip code log in and my username password for the forum.

I tried to do the forgot password thing, but it does the system error again when I try to change the password.

Any help?

I think you will have to call the office in St Louis on monday. They should be able to help you out.

(636)394-7277 should get you there. Sorry I don't have any more to offer.

I can't get into secure services either. Many e-mail exchanges ended up with it works on the MOA end. As I am new to this forum business I am learning it all the hard/slow way. All my computer work has been using it as a tool not as the forums work.

may want to try again, mine seems to be working today, same username/pw I normally use.

Thanks for the interest, I would have done the quote thing but I haven't got that figured out yet-it almost seems a practice area is needed. I tried to log into secure services again-still nothing. After click here and attempting to log in the page returns to the Welcome to the newly updated BMW MOA secure services area Page. Not a big deal but from what I can tell there is probably a lot of people on with generic info on access. :dunno

I had the same exact issue. Now it logs me in but goes from one screen to the next and then back to the beginning again.

There seems to be no way to checkout.

If you and I have the same thing going on there is probably lots more. My e-mails with MOA generated what I believe is a pass word that a lot of other people have. Does it make a difference- I don't know. When I can I am going to try from another location-someone that can get in and try to figure it out. Thanks :banghead

The forum is run seperately from the rest of the MOA web site so I am going to forward this discussion to the MOA web guy and see if he can shed some light on the issue. Usually issues with the secure server ar a home office issue but if that hasn't helped hopefully the web guy can.

Thanks for everyones patience

Thanks for the interest, I think the people with their membership # as their screen name may be caught up in this also, I was at first. One of my buddies did the whole thing on line-join-login-pay with CC and doing it that way worked with no problems. Thanks Again, Gary

and again I tried to renew Mary's Associate and no go..... again. Sent an email but got no response so again I will call. They really are very helpful when calling though. The folks are great but the technology seems a tad wanting. - Bob
