I didn't notice on the site so far, so forgive me if I'm repeating info.
The BMWRA rally has finally been announced for 2010, and it will be in Pownal Vermont on July 29-August 1.
I can't make the MOA rally this year due to work scheduling, so I might give this a try for a road trip. Didn't know how many east coasters may be in the same situation.
