I need to replace my top case lid and a right side case lid. I notice that luggage for earlier and later bikes even with differing model numbers are interchangeable. Does anyone know what luggage and or lids will fit my 1995 K1100LT.
Thanks much and ride safe,
Jim

You need the 35Liter top case lid. They are still available in most colors Yours is painted, right?
46542316651 COVER (FJORDGRAY) NA
46542323231 COVER (CLASSICBLACK) $348.95
46542323267 COVER (KING BLUE) $300.00
46542323286 COVER (RED) NA
46542323311 COVER (PINIEN GREEN) $300.00
46542323844 COVER (MYSTIK RED) $300.00
46542323845 COVER (SEIDENBLUE) $348.95
46542323846 COVER (ASTRALBLUE) $300.00
46542324488 COVER (GRAPHIT) $300.00
46542324489 COVER (MOREA GREEN) NA
46542324490 COVER (NAVARRAVIOLETT) $300.00
For the side cases, you need the third generation lids (has scuff pads, roundel is above the reflector instead of infront of it, the key on the latches face towards you instead of away, and they hold more [only ones capable of holding a full face helmet]).
Since you will be painting them, you can get away with buying ones with scratches or ones that are already painted but with the wrong color. Last I looked, there was a pair of green ones on ebay. They will go for less than the unpainted ones unless someone is looking for that exact color.

P.S. Just reread your post and noticed it said RT side cases. Did you mean RS (unpainted) or LT (painted)? No K1100RT.

Thanks Lee. I'm looking for a RIGHT side case cover for my K1100LT. I'm also looking to get a top lid for considerably less than the new price. The sections that hold the hinges broke off. I suppose I could try to rebuild them but it would be easier if I could find the right price on a replacement top case or lid. Color is irrelevant as I'm willing to paint. I am already watching that eBay item and the price looks promising. I’m wondering if either

For a top case whether a k100 top case would fit such as

It doesn't matter if it says K75 K100 or K1100. You just want to make sure it is the third generation saddlebags that are the same as the ones you already have (see description in my previous post).
If you notice, the third saddlebag that you listed is NOT a third generation bag (and does not look like the ones on your bike). It is a second generation bag. No scuff guards, the roundel is in front instead of above the reflector, and the lock tumblers face away from you. You don't want this style unless for some unknown reason someone had changed your bags to these earlier and less desirable bags.
You also want one that does not have any rash on the scuff pads as those normally do not get painted. Check your bags.
As far as top boxes go, there were two different ones. Both were optional on K75 and K100 and K1100 models but the 35 liter is what came standard on your bike. The 22 liter is much smaller and very rectangular. The 35 liter has the hump in the top and a handle. All 35 liter top boxes for early K-bikes will fit your bike.
The link that you had to the top box is the right one. Too bad it is already sold. And for a crazy good price at that.
