Folks, the headlight on my '76 R90/6 went out last night during a ride, got home with my thumb on the highbeam flash button. What are the current options for bulb replacement. I've only had the R90 for a couple of months so I'm not that familiar with the parts. Thanks

If you got home with the flash button then the high beam was not burned out, why not switch to high beams. My guess is that that did not work, then the problem is in the relay in the headlight bucket. Cheap fix. You see the flash does not go thruogh the relay so if that works and the high beam does not it should be the relay.

Good point. The High beam did not turn on when the button was switched up. The beam did come on with the flash button pushed. More info, I wonder if a fuse might be involved. All the lights on the tach/speedo went out also.

It's the headlight relay.
No fuse involvement.

Well, finally got the part to replace the headlight relay. Didn't fix the problem. Any advice on other areas to check? Thanks
