This week a painter/handyman was doing some work on the roof of my house, and he killed what he described as a werid spider on the tool box of his truck.

As he described it, it had a big body, short legs, and made a noise loud enough to be heard.

He heard a hissing noise and looked, there was this strange looking spider-bug shaking and looking at him.

Brethren, strangers, and fellow countrymen -- I hope the last of the species was smushed right there on that guy's tool box! In come cases, the snail darterites be damned -- extinction is good!

Meanwhile, does anyone have any idea what variety of Arachnid that was?

I'm kinda of partial to spiders - I think they are misunderstood!

Help it out of the road. Wouldn't want it squished!

Very Cool!
