Rear system box mount.

I have a 1999 R1100RT-P and would like to put a civilian box on the rear.
The police box was removed before I got the bike and a rear seat installed.
There seems to be no way to mount a box.
Antbody know anything abnout this?

The Beemer Boneyard has a conversion kit. You might find the pieces you need there. You probably don't need the entire kit.
