I was curious to find out if it was engine related so while heading down hill with it making the "squeegee" noise, I hit the kill switch and the noise stopped. I think that rules out wheel bearings. One other thing when I took it out on a warm very humid cloudy day there was NO noise..The next day, cooler, dry, and sunny, the noise was back. Its not a scraping kind of noise but rather like rubber on rubber?
