I have one on my 04 R-1150-RT going on 3 years now, and have nothing bad to say about it. :thumb

I got one just a couple of months ago for my 1150RT 2002 and it works much better than the stock unit. I have no complains at all, and offers better protection not just in terms of wind and rain but also in resistance since its polycarbonate and not acrylic as many other windshields (very strong and very hard to scratch).:thumb

I've had one on my 1150GS for over 6 years. Don't have to wear earplugs since I put it on (still do most of the time though). Cut the wind noise to almost nothing - tried several screens prior. I'll get another one if the time ever comes.

missed a $125 opportunity on a Ztech screen here in the flea mkt. Looks like about $200 at Ridewest, and $220 at the distributor out in Maywood; just a couple miles away. Add in the shipping and it's about a wash. I think I'll give them a call and drive out one day soon.
I had an aeroflow on the "11RT I never should have sold" and tho' it was an improvement over stock, I thought it was only "ok" for the $. just my opinion.

I bought one for my 02 1150RT and I have only praise for it. No more buffeting when passing trucks and it is quiet. Buy it!

i'm gonna keep an eye out in the flea mkt for a bit and if another doesn't turn up soon, go ahead and pull the trigger on a new one. ztech owners have me convinced!
plus, i kind like the appearance on the RT

I hear good things about the Ztechnic. I have a 5" over stock Cee Bailey #2 design on my RT. it has the Euro Cut and a light tint. I like it alot, and get very little wind noise. it makes a big differance on how you use a shield. I like to look over mine. some people like to look threw them...

I have one on my '04RT, and it makes a big difference in weather protection and wind noise reduction. I commute year round in the NE, and I typically use the Ztechnic from late fall until mid-late spring. In the summer I switch back to the stock screen as the Ztechnic is so effective at blocking the wind that it can get almost too hot for the summer, especially at slower speeds.

yup. That's just what I did w my Aeroflo on the other RT. And the fairing itself, while cozy in the cold, isn't nearly as uncomfortable in slo hot-weather traffic as my RS airhead. Which, of course is ....oh, you get the picture.:bikes
