Just got back from a 1200 mile roadtrip through Arkansas. Propped my K12RS on the side stand in the rain and came back to find it lying on it's side with a broken clutch handle and shifter peg. In the middle of the Oushata forest in the rain :(. One of my riding companions knew somone local in BMW Anonymous and called him. 45 minutes later he pulls up in covered trailer, tows me to his house, feeds us. His garage is bigger than my house. He has 6 bikes. We get mine rideable and I am back on the road in less than 2 hours........ So I am now a BMW MOA member and member of the Anonymous but I guess I just broke my Anonymonity didn't I :). What started as a trip disaster turned out to be the highlight of the trip. He and is wife had a wonderful home and they invited us back. Great people BMW owners.........

I haven't had a need for the anonymous book (knocking on wood), but I really like having it with me. I've had friend who have made use of it, and the results were very similar.

Welcome to the forum, by the way! :thumb
