I was thinking about when I learned to ride I read EVERYTHING I could to increase my skills and knowledge about riding. Back in the 70's we had no internet, but I read all of the motorcycle magazines I could cover to cover!

Now, we have LOTS of great information at our fingertips on the internet. And a lot of the sites are women focused. So I thought I'd share a few of my favorites here and hope to read of many more . . . .

This was one I followed for weeks of Doris Wiedemann, when she rode from Key West to Prudhoe Bay with R Sjaak in January, February and March of this year. It's a blog of 35 episodes.

Caters a bit towards new riders. One feature that I like is her table on bikes for "short" riders. Its a pretty decent summary of stock bikes and modifications made by riders to get a better fit.

I'm currently following a young woman's journey on ADVrider forum. She's been on the road for over two months, so it's a lengthy thread plus lots of comments/advice, etc. Her photos are awesome.... sometimes I just scroll down 'til I see her pictures. Wish I could take two months off and ride!
