Will my 01RT be jelous if I buy an 09GS?

This may sound like a silly question, but it's almost serious. I love my R11RT, it just handles like a dream, but it's difficult to pack for camping. After watching Ewan and Charlie ride around the world, and seeing other club members with the GS I just have to have one. Those of you that have more than one bike, do you favor one to the point of not really riding the other? And I'm afraid that I've been so spoiled by the handling of the RT that I'll be sorry I bought the GS. My wife has a F650GS Dakar that is fun, like a mini-bike, to ride around town. I did test ride the 1200GS but it was just in the city around the shop. I'd hate to spend that kind of money to be dissapointed.....

Buy the GS. If you wind up not riding it or the RT you can give me the forsaken one to keep harmony in your garage :D

Bikes do not get jealous, wives do. I ride both of my bikes, a lot. I put more miles on my oilhead (longer trips), but ride my ol' 78 RS more often. You may end up doing something similar. If you can afford the GS, why buy the dern thing!
