Albany, NY is celebrating its 400th birthday. That milestone makes Albany the second oldest city in the United States. To help celebrate the Half Moon paid a visit to Albany along with many other sailing ships. And, it is also time for Oktoberfest and Bier.

I've crossed the Atlantic on a US destroyer. The Navy calls a destroyer a small boy. By those standards the Half Moon isn't much bigger than an overgrown canoe.
