I have a 1984 R100CS with Koni shocks (similar to stock).
I know there are a lot of variables in finding the correct Reynolds Ride-Off Stand such as shocks, tires, etc. but MOST LIKELY which Reynolds Ride-Off Stand should I try? 328, 330, 338?
In looking at the literature out there, 328 seems to be the first one to try, what does the 330 fit? I am getting a couple including a 330 and am not finding it listed in online literature and information.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You'll eventually bend the centerstand mounting tabs on these models.

Have you seen these pages?

This is basically the brochure from about 1982/1983...I would think that it would apply to the '84 models. The table seems to indicate that the R328 is the model that is most suited. The 338 model seems to be for the Nivomat shock machines...never read about a 330 model.
