Has anybody reinforced the plastic rack in an effort to keep the 49 liter box from moving around ? My wife was freaked a bit when it started to move around , on the way to the MOA rally. Upon inspection, I noticed the plastic rack was bending and also the box mount tabs were moving relative to the rack's "receptacles".
I see no cracks, yet, but it is all just plastic bending and wearing. I was wanting to tie into the steel frame to the box somehow, more securely, to alleviate the stress to the plastic parts. Maybe keeping the box and my wife on the bike !
