Nope, it's NOT something I ate. :whistle
Yesterday, while riding, I noticed a squeak coming from the rear of my '99 RT (61k miles). I parked it, put it on the sidestand and did my best to push on the back end of the bike. The squeak seems to be coming from the area of torque arm(?). Are there any rubber bushings back there? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

I've got the same bike and although I've never had a reason to look (yet) there has to be some sort of bushing, bearing, or something. if it were mine I would shoot some WD-40 to the area where the noise is coming from. if the noise stops, then I would find out just how its put together incase a repair is needed. also look for a grease fitting, it could be that simple. it may just need a little grease. now you have me curious, I'm going to check mine. Do you still have the stock rear shock at 61k?
Might be a blown shock seal, but you would probably notice a leak in the area.

Stock shock.
No leak.
Just a squeak.
Must not be a major issue w/only 2 replies. :dunno

Yes, the torque arm has a rubber mount on both ends, sandwiched between it's two halves. That's probably where your squeak is coming from. I bet that if you loosen the bolts at both ends the squeak will go away. If you try this make sure you tighten them back up! (43 Nm according to the repair manual)

adjusted with about 185 lbs worth of rider mounted on the bike.
check your pivot bearing- with bike on c-stand, check rear wheel for any play. grasp wheel at 3/9 and then again at 12/6 and see if you can make the wheel move in a direction that it should not.
at 60K, if it has not already been replaced (at least once if not twice), i would be amazed that it is not bad.
