At the rally in Johnson City, I saw a bike that had "Bar Backs" installed on it.
I'm fairly certain that it was a K1200. I have a K1300 which, I understand, has the same handlebar setup as the 1200.
I find that, with my height, I could use the handlebars to be a bit higher and further back than stock. It would make my riding posture more upright.
Has anyone got any information as to where I might find a source for these "Bar Backs" for my K1300GT?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have Motorrad Verholen Handle Bar Adapter for K1200GT (06-08) and K1300GT. They work very good.

I purchased bar backs from (HeliBars) HELI Modified 1 800 859 4642. Their bar backs are made from one piece of metal and to me they give a much more stock appearance. It also has four threaded bolt holes that you can use to fasten accessories. Be sure and check before you buy bar backs, I read on another tread that the hoses are shorter on the K1300GT than the K1200GT. As for function my bike is much more comfortable with bar backs.

I have the Suburban Machinery barbacks and they work up to mid adjustment with no mods. Had to install 3" lengthened custom throttle cables to bring them all the way up where I am the most comfortable.
